Experience

Through the last few years I have worked with diverse populations of all different religions, relationship statuses, ages, and cultural backgrounds. I have also worked with those in the LGBTQ community. My passion is to help those who want help.

Approach

I approach therapy in a collaborative way. You are the expert of your life and because of that, I look to come beside clients to point out patterns or behaviors they may have never noticed. The therapy I conduct is good for those looking to make a deep and lasting change within.

Areas of Focus

Teens

Trauma

Families

Self-Esteem Issues

Couples

I love being in the outdoors with my dog walking new trails and exploring new places. Working with my hands is one of the most enjoyable activities for me. My new activity, working with my hands, I have started is sewing. It is really important for me to focus on my self-care so that I can be the best therapist possible for my clients.

Take the First Step

First time clients are welcomed in for a free 30 minute consultation with any of our counselors. This initial session will act as a meet and greet to ensure that you and the counselor are the right fit.
