For many people, there is a lot of anxiety and worry about our current state of affairs. We would like to offer support for you safely while following the recommendations of the CDC and state to protect our community, clients, therapists, and staff during this time.

TELEHEALTH OPTIONS:

Due to the recommendations from the CDC and Health Professionals, we are offering teletherapy options for our clients.
This can be done from a phone or computer with a camera from your home.
For those who are interested in this option,  your therapist will email or text a link and after clicking it we can be connected for counseling through telehealth.
For children 10 and under, we understand telehealth options may be challenging, and please reach out to your therapist for brainstorming ideas on how to support each of you.

Additional Resources:

Here are a few resources for additional education and support:

CANCELATIONS:

Please notify us of cancelations within 24 hours, or other questions about this new policy.
Thank you, and we will just take this one day at a time.  We’re in this together!
